We booked the family attic room here. It is a great location where you can walk from the train station and to drop off your kiddo to the official Swiss ski school in the morning. It also has a great boot room for your skis (they keep it very clean especially during the rush) and breakfast (custom eggs, bacon, and sausage with a ton of options which includes vegetables and fruit) every morning. The only thing that is less desirable is: - Beds are hard and pillows are very uncomfortable (no support really) - There is no help on booking restaurants, babysitting, or ski school as they don't do that. This is hard especially when you're international and you need to book restaurants otherwise there is no place to go when it's a busy night. I wouldn't expect this for a four star hotel. - The biggest rooms (attic) do require another flight of stairs. We needed the room but it was quite difficult to haul up our luggage ourselves (they don't help or offer to help) - They actually don't help to understand where the ski lifts or buses around town. We had to ask other people because the front desk simply doesn't know or want to help. We did ask the front desk and they just were unhelpful. Again, not expected for a four star hotel. Service: 4

I had a really positive experience with Hotel Pollux. The staff were accommodating and responsive with great communication. They were understanding of my situation and made a genuine effort to help, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a great level of service and hospitality. Also, the restaurant had amazing food!! There wasn’t a thing we would have asked for or changed. Team is an A+ and the rest was great. Clean and well decorated room, breakfast was on point for being included and had a great meal. 10/10! Service: 5
