Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service, service ruined it all. I've seen an asian person's rating who said the petite waitress was extremely racist. Apparently, she really doesn't want to hand additional forks to customers (because i asked for 1 more). Not only that, she decided to not give us a reciept, even thought she looked at us multiple times after we were finished. I had to walk over to her, and the level of being mean reached its limits. I kindly asked for a reciept, and she just muttered something, placing the reciept on the table. I thought it's nothing special, but when i asked for change (i paid with cash) she got kinda aggressive, not even bothering to give me the receipt with change on my hand, just smashed it onto the counter. And the food was okay i guess, im not used to swiss or german food so i dont know how it should taste. Please fire her. Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Nice place. Average food. What made us angry is the tap water carafe sold at the price of 8.50 chf per liter ! Come on... this not a way to treat your clients. Making it 2-3 chf if they don't order other drinks would be understandable. Not otherwise. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
