We take immense pride in our in-house culinary program and our professional service team, who are committed to delivering an exceptional standard of hospitality. Your feedback is certainly not in line with the high standards we set for ourselves or the positive responses we consistently receive. To provide clarity for future clients, we must address your comment on the service charges. The fee you mentioned is not for a "sound system rental." It pertains to a complete event production service. This comprehensive package includes not only audio equipment but also tailored lighting design, all necessary technical hardware, and, crucially, the continuous on-site support of a professional sound and light technician for the event's entire duration. It also covers the handling of all mandatory Italian SIAE music license fees. The cost reflects a full-scale production, not just equipment hire. Had any technical issues arisen, our technician would have been present to rectify them instantly. Finally, the matter of the security deposit is, as noted previously, a confidential issue between the venue and our clients, and is being managed according to the signed contract.
