Absolutely delicious miso ramen! The broth was incredibly rich, deep in flavour, and perfectly balanced. Warm, comforting, savoury, and satisfying with every spoonful. You can really tell the care that goes into making it. It was one of those meals that stays with you long after you leave. Ramen dreams? Yeah… that’s our tare’s fault It takes surprisingly many high-quality components for such a classic. Most of them made in-house to build that kind of depth. Definitely not your store-bought miso. Love that you picked up on it! Hope to see you again soon.

My friend and I had a fantastic meal at Ramen am See. We started with the gyoza, which were perfectly crisp on the outside and wonderfully succulent within—a brilliant opening act. The real showstopper, however, was the spicy ramen. The fact that they serve house-made noodles elevates the entire experience; the texture was spot-on and far superior to any mass-produced alternative. The broth offered a sophisticated, nuanced heat that was bold without being overpowering. If you’re looking for authentic, artisanal Japanese soul food in a serene lakeside setting, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
