Radix provided excellent service for all of our snowboarding needs (board rentals) and beyond. As tourists, we were unfamiliar with Swiss norms. The Radix staff answered all of our questions ranging from how to get to the ski resorts to ski trail recommendations. They even helped troubleshoot our immediate parking issues in Zurich. 10/10 service, strongly recommend
