Ottimo hotel vicinissimo alla stazione centrale di lucerna,camere spaziose e confortevoli, ottima la colazione continentale.

They told us we’d get a lake view suite room, but then on the day of arrival, they just acted like it never happened. We were totally stunned. What a terrible hotel……. I just stayed at the Radisson in Venice a few days ago, and the service there was impeccable. That excellent experience is exactly why I chose to stay with the Radisson brand again here in Lucerne. Unfortunately, this experience has been a complete disgrace. Yesterday, I visited the Lion Monument, a symbol of the Swiss Guard’s legendary loyalty, courage, and integrity. The history behind that monument deeply moved me. It is therefore incredibly ironic and disheartening that just one day later, I am experiencing the exact opposite of those values at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Lucerne. I had a confirmed agreement to upgrade my room to a Lake View Suite for an additional 80 CHF. Yet, upon arrival, the hotel staff blatantly denied the agreement and refused to honor their word. To encounter such dishonesty and lack of integrity in a city that prides itself on honor is truly shocking. This is not just a service failure; it is a moral failure. If you value professional integrity and want to avoid being misled, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
