Brunch & Caffe propone ottimo caffè tra le cose da bere.
Dicono che il personale sia sveglio in questo posto. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del professionale servizio. Qui, l'arredamento carinissimo e la gradevole atmosfera fanno sentire gli ospiti rilassati. Questo locale ha ottenuto il rating Google di 4.4 sulla base delle opinioni dei visitatori.
The space is untidy, disgusting and dirty. From the area where food and coffee are made, to the area where you eat and drink... Not to mention the toilet... I got my coffee in a dirty cup and a saucer WITH HAIR. And the second coffee was again in a dirty cup. The food we got looked okay, but all in all, it's suspicious considering the conditions they work in. Cutlery also dirty. The boss is extremely rude, a big prying into private life. He asks very inappropriate questions and does not give up. He stands next to your table and does not close his mouth. He doesn't necessarily seem like a bad person, but extremely unprofessional behavior. If you don't know how to run a cafe/restaurant, maybe you shouldn't even have one. I am terribly disappointed, I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. This is medically unacceptable. Unfortunately, our experience at Brunch Caffe Osijek was extremely disappointing. Immediately upon entering, we noticed that the space was very dirty, which immediately turned us off. Instead of a waitress, we were greeted by an older lady from the kitchen who seemed confused and explained that the chef/waitress is currently gone. The waitress came later and coldly asked us "What do you want?". She told us to take the menus ourselves, which were made of plain A4 paper, visibly wrinkled and wet. We ordered coffee, a sandwich and an omelette. The coffee arrived with a hair in it, which we reported immediately, but the cups were dirty and the coffee itself extremely bad. The omelette was solid, but the sandwich was a disaster - the foccacia wasn't foccacia, just plain bread, and the whole dish tasted bad. Considering the filth we noticed, we were honestly afraid of how the food was prepared. The boss was very demanding and questioned us about everything - from personal information such as first and last name to our jobs and colleges, which was completely inappropriate. The toilet was in terrible condition, with a strong unpleasant smell and obvious uncleanliness. The bar and the coffee machine were extremely dirty, which adds to the discomfort. Overall, the experience was horrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I only took one photo, and I'm sorry I didn't take more photos.
