Avevamo riservato per racclette, nel secondo turno, ma non ne avevano più. Mangiato fondue ma non così buona

Cara Ornella Grazie per la riposta. Ci scusiamo molto per non avere avuto abbastanza formaggio per il secondo giro di raclette. Lo discuteremo con lo chef. Comunque speriamo di vederla un altra volta nei restauranti del albergo Grischa. Tanti saluti di Davos Cyrill Ackermann (ospite)

Locale carino, buon formaggio della Raclette. Servizio scadente, i contorni arrivati in ritardo e non a discrezione, peccato.

I visited on a crisp winter evening and enjoyed their classic “moitié moitié” fondue accompanied by crusty bread and seasonal pickles. The cheese was rich, creamy, and expertly balanced—not overwhelmingly heavy. Staff brought the pot table-side and kept the flame just right, ensuring a smooth and sociable dining experience. The warm wooden interior, soft lighting, and relaxed vibe made it easy to linger, chat, and savor every cheesy bite. It felt like a modern interpretation of a traditional mountain hut. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CHF 50–60 Vegetarian options: While the main focus is on cheese and meat fondues, the menu does include vegetarian fondue options—such as mushroom or truffle-infused versions—and delicious vegetarian sides like roasted winter vegetables.
