Dopo esserti goduto il Santa Maria Bianca della Misericordia, vai in questo ristorante che non si trova lontano. L'aspetto più interessante di questo posto è la cucina italiana. Questo ristorante offre dei focaccia, gnocchi e risotto davvero ineguagliabili. Ti saranno proposti un ottimo vino.

Sono stato qui a cena e ne sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. Piatti non banali e molto buoni, ti portano subito il pane fatto da loro (e si sente) ed il locale stile industrial con spazi ampi l’ho trovato molto accogliente. Carta dei vini di ampia scelta anche se avrei preferito più carattere. Unica nota penso che i piatti meritano qualche spiegazione in più al servizio per esaltarne la complessità. Ci siamo stati sabato sera ed è stato tutto perfetto. Macco di fave da dieci, meglio di tanti mangiati in sicilia, zuppa di roveja con cicoria da dieci e lode una delle cose migliori mangiate ultimamente. In generale il menù è pensato molto bene. Anche il servizio è stato molto attento, gentile e preciso, dalle dritte sul vino alle portate. I recently dined at Propaganda Alimentare Agriturismo Urbano in Milan, and I have to say, it has quickly become one of my favourite dining experiences in the city. I booked a table for one and arrived promptly at 7pm, right when they opened on a Wednesday. The restaurant itself is stunning— a perfect blend of modern rustic style, with warm wooden accents and a cozy yet contemporary atmosphere. I was the first one there, and the hostess greeted me with such warmth and friendliness. Her wine recommendation really set the tone for the evening. I enjoyed a fantastic sauvignon blanc from northeastern Italy, which was crisp with an almost almond-ish aroma. Starter: BAKED LEEK with hay-infused Labneh and cocoa crunch (€15) This dish was a revelation. I admit, the concept of pairing leek with labneh and cocoa crunch was what intrigued me, and it did not disappoint. The labneh had a beautifully sour and savoury flavour that worked harmoniously with the sweet, slightly bitter cocoa crunch. I could have eaten an entire tub of that labneh—it was that good. While the leek was a touch stringy on the outer layers, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. The dish was thoughtfully constructed, though I wouldn’t have minded an extra hint of sweetness, perhaps a drizzle of honey, to elevate the flavours even more. Main: TAGLIOLINI WITH PORCINI and aglione butter (€18)
Another absolute standout! As soon as the plate arrived, the aroma of earthy porcini mushrooms filled the air—so inviting. The flavour matched the scent perfectly, with the rich, umami goodness of the mushrooms shining through. I appreciated the restraint in seasoning, allowing the natural flavours of the porcini to take centre stage, and the aglione butter added a luxurious richness. While the pasta itself was slightly overcooked and a bit mushy, I didn’t mind at all because the dish was still a triumph in terms of taste. To top off the excellent service, when it came time to pay, they didn’t have change for my banknote. One of the staff members actually went out of his way to exchange money at a neighbouring restaurant for me, which I truly appreciated. It was such a kind gesture and just another reason I found the experience here so memorable. Overall, Propaganda Alimentare Agriturismo Urbano is an absolute gem. The thoughtful dishes, exceptional service, and inviting ambiance made for one of the best meals I’ve had in Milan. I can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu.
