My partner, I and our daughter order dinner. For the little girl we order meatballs with sauce which arrive with a sauce with an acidic taste because it is completely raw, I understand that there could be a mistake but after calling the restaurant the gravity of the matter is explained (my 3 year old daughter was eating the meatballs ) and after receiving the chef's apologies (because he tasted them online on the phone and admitted the mistake saying that the sauce was raw) nothing was returned to us!!! we were advised to ask for a Glovoo voucher refund by the chef/owner and it seems really absurd to me. I repeat, there may be a mistake, but we need to have the common sense to repair it, especially when it comes to families with children! Now we find ourselves with a 12 euro voucher on Glovoo which tonight we do absolutely nothing with when it really didn't take much to repair everything. the situation! never again 40 euros very badly spent and a completely ruined dinner. We would also like to specify that the sauce APPEARED to be raw, but as always it had cooked for about 2 hours: unfortunately, a package of peeled tomatoes ended up that remained too sour. It was certainly our mistake not to have given it the attention we usually use, but it seems right to specify that our product is always made with excellent raw materials, but by avoiding industrial processes and chemical corrections it cannot always be identical.
