Dopo una lunga passeggiata attorno al Hinterdorfstrasse, prova questo locale per una gradevole pausa. Tra i posti dove provare cucina svizzera, questo posto è sicuramente uno dei migliori. Assaggia i curatissimi controfiletto, granchi e manzo alla griglia che questo pub & bar serve. Vieni qui quando hai fame di ineguagliabili torta al cioccolato, gelato e creme brulee. Il vino è ottimo in questo pub & bar. Qui si possono degustare un fantastico caffè.

Ristorante eccellente sia dal punto di vista della cucina che del servizio. Attenzione per ogni dettaglio. Consigliatissimo!

When this is the only restaurant on a Friday night who had reservations available. So why not! Very early meal. My friends and I thought okay Swiss people each much later. There was only one table beside us. Then again, it is a tourist area so they’re looking to eat in the economic side of it (it’s my belief - Swiss Franc in comparison to US dollar is very expensive) so that’s why I believe it was empty. I think they get more packed during winter as local’s come to Ski/Snowboard. Anyways, started off my meal with a glass of their Cuvée A. Seiler Grand Vin du Valais (Cabernet Franc with Merlot) very bold and smooth. For starters we had with Veal Tartare. Soooo good! Fresh truffles were shaved on top! What a way to beginning our night! Must order! I had their Swiss Filet Mignon. I asked it to be cooked medium only to it being brought medium rare. Didn’t say anything because I was starving. But it could’ve been cooked a little more. For sides I had some lemon broccolini’s which were nice and crunchy as ordered and their truffle mashed potatoes which both were divine and paired perfectly with my protein. We ended up ordering two desserts because one is never enough. We had their chocolate lava cake which was amazing every spoonful bite and their raspberry tart (not my thing but my friend loved it) The gentleman who was serving us asked if I wanted another glass of wine on the house off course I couldn’t say no to that. Very lovely of him to offer. Service was top notch from beginning to ending. Do not be afraid to try just because it is empty. The food was amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

If you are staying in Zermatt, Mont Cervin Palace and the Le Cervin Grill restaurant are wonderful! This hotel is GORGEOUS and the restaurant is AMAZINGLY delicious! I only captured a picture of the foie gras with apricot and the Matterhorn view but my goodness the gnocchi with truffle and onsen egg was the best gnocchi dish I’ve had it a very gnocchi-filled life!!! And the view, a dream! Service for the restaurant and hotel is impeccable. We will come back for both, no question!!
