The worst Acai Bowl in my life, served still frozen. Staff doesn't understand English. Waste of money. Service: Dine in Price per person: €1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The best poke in Milanoand there are plenty to choose from. Always clean and fully stocked. Service very good and the team are pleasant. Marc was excellent! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The only person who seemed happy to help was the guy with glasses who dished out the rice - at least he was courteous and helpful. The rest of the staff didn't seem as if they liked to be there, it was just a process for them. No stopping to ask if you wanted anything additional added. I never had a chance till check out to ask for something else to be added to my bowl, and the check out girl glared and told me "that will cost extra". Well, yea, I didn't expect to get anything for free - did she think I couldn't afford an extra euro for seaweed!? That was really rude and certainly not an example of customer service. She should really WANT to add more things to my bowl and charge all the extras to make money for her owner. At least if the food was 100% I won't have remembered the bad experience, but the brown rice on that day was unfortunately undercooked. Completely. Made for a bad meal but wasn't going to go back in to let the staff know, they probably won't care. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
