Hotel curato nell'arredamento, completamente ristrutturato, gestito da pesonale giovanissimo.Abbiamo pernottato al 3° piano, nella suite. Letti comodi. Cuscini e piumone sofficissimi. No aria condizionata, ma comunque c'era un purificatore dyson con funzione caldo/freddo. Silenzio. Pulizia. Bagno piccolo, ma essenziale. Kit cortesia con inclusi tappi per le orecchie. Piccolo salottino con poltrona e tavolino che sotto le velux crea una bella atmosfera romantica. Tv di grandi dimensioni. Wifi veloce.Al piano terra c'è il ristorante: ottima la pizza.Unico neo: colazione essenziale.Siamo a metà strada tra Berna e Friburgo.100% consigliato

I’ve known this hotel restaurant for quite a long time, and I’ve been there several times in the past. I’ve tried their food, drinks, and desserts, and overall, I would give it 3 stars. To be clear, I only visited the restaurant, not the hotel rooms, so I can’t say anything about the accommodation. The place itself is quiet and simple, usually visited by local people, and it’s located about 15 minutes’ drive from Fribourg city, in a calm area outside the center. The restaurant offers a varied menu, including pizzas and other casual dishes. On my last visit, I just went for a coffee with a friend. They do have a terrace, but it’s not the best spot to sit, it’s right on the main street, so it can get quite noisy with cars passing by. Also, it was a bit cold that day, which didn’t make it very comfortable to stay outside. Overall, the place is nice but nothing special. It’s fine if you’re nearby and want a quiet coffee or a simple meal, but there are definitely better options around the area.
