I recently had the pleasure of visiting Più Komodo Ristopizza in Bari Poggiofranco and, let me tell you, it was an absolute gastronomic delight! First of all, let's talk about the drinks. Più Komodo offers, in addition to excellent wines from Puglia and elsewhere, also an excellent selection of draft and bottled beers that will make the heart of any beer lover beat. From hoppy IPAs to rich Weisses, it's all here. I highly recommend pairing your meal with one of their refreshing beers - the dining experience goes to a whole new level! The starters here are nothing short of extraordinary. From the ciccio rich in traditional flavour, excellent to accompany meatballs with spicy sauce, to the heavenly parmesan flans with truffle sauce, your taste buds will be delighted. And now let's move on to the first star of the show: PIZZA! I'm a bit of a pizza connoisseur and I can confidently say that Più Komodo serves some of the best pizza in town. Thin, crispy crust topped with the freshest ingredients - perfection in every bite. But wait, there's more! Let's talk about the real highlight, the "spaghetti all'assassina" (also approved by the assassin's academy in Bari!). Oh, my goodness! This dish is an absolute masterpiece. It's a symphony of flavors that will make you want to eat more. The perfect balance of spices, the pasta al dente: it's like a feast for the palate! I couldn't resist taking a photo to remember this culinary masterpiece. And please, don't ask for stracciatella! And I can't forget to mention their Tiramisu in Mouth which is simply one of the best I've ever tasted! Delicately balanced between the creaminess and the flavor of the coffee, each teaspoon is a real explosion of taste. It's the perfect way to end an amazing meal. Don't let it slip away! The staff at Più Komodo were exceptional, making us feel immediately at ease and part of the family. They helped make our experience even more memorable, with genuine smiles and impeccable service. On weekends it can obviously be a little more difficult to park in the immediate vicinity, but there are ample spaces to park your car not far away. Wheelchair accessibility: We had dinner with a disabled friend in a wheelchair and we didn't have any problems, they placed us in the room in a comfortable position, obviously not on the stage at the entrance.
