Albergo molto bello in ottima posizione con un bellissimo giardino, piscina esterna e centro benessere ben organizzato. Molto belli gli ambienti comuni; colazione abbondante e molto varia; personale disponibile.

Consiglio questo hotel, molto rilassante, personale gradevole, soprattutto il cameriere al bar, Ahmet un giovane molto socievole, molto gentile, grazie per la ricetta del cocktail

We stayed at Hotel Saratz and had a wonderful experience! I originally made my reservation through Booking.com for one person by mistake, but I arrived with my wife. The receptionist immediately noticed and kindly prepared the room for two guests without any issue. The next day, we decided to extend our stay for another night. Initially, the receptionist gave us a good rate, but later called to inform us that the rate would change since we were two people. I was a bit disappointed, but then Christina La Grotta, the Head of Reception, came to assist. She was incredibly polite, professional, and understanding and she kindly honored the original rate without any additional charges. We truly appreciate her amazing service and kindness. Every staff member at this hotel was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, and the service is outstanding. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay, and we will definitely come back again. We highly recommend Hotel Saratz to anyone visiting St. Moritz, it’s the perfect place to stay! Thank you once again to Christina La Grotta and the whole team for making our stay so special. Service: 5
