Having landed here with a few friends and we were completely blown away by the sheer variety of the gathering at that point. The club has an unusual entrance which leads one through the dark hallway to the main area inside which has an ambience, I believe, is quite characteristic of Rome and probably Europe in general. A hallway full of lights and light bulbs transferring one from 21st back to the 20t century 60’s theme.
Inside, the place is very different and boasts a scale of grandeur which is hard to find in the city. The club has a main dancing area with fancy lighting and a main stage which is elevated and used on certain special occasions. The bar area however didn’t seem to be that impressive but they still had most of the drinks that are always in high demand.
It is the unique ambience, a given for the Italians that makes their nightclubs different from the one’s found in other parts of the globe. The whole notion of creating a bespoke aura coupled with food and great drinks does far more than just loud music and fancy lighting.
The ambience had certainly had cast a spell on us and in order to blend in further, we decided to call for a couple Birra Moretti followed by Campari, one of the most famous Liquers in Italy. The service was spot on and so was the art of mixology, mastered by those who’s been serving here since ages.
The place in my opinion is by far one of the best night clubs that I’ve ever been to. With the best location and a perfect chilly evening to go with the same, the place is surely a part of my list of places to be visited again. Highly recommended to people looking forward to have a great night in Rome.
