Rooms: Totalmente inadeguate per un 4 stelle. Bagno piccolissimo e da rivedere. Food & drinks: Punto di forza del resort sicuramente la cucina, davvero eccellente, come anche il personale del ristorante sempre attento e cortese. Noteworthy details: Percoso relax di 90 min un pó deludente, risulta infatti, piccolo e sovraffollato...andrebbe gestita meglio l'affluenza e regolata sulla base della capienza della spa...ci è toccato aspettare che qualcuno uscisse dalla vasca idromassaggio per entrarvi in quanto occupata oltremodo.Tutt'altra cosa invece sono i massaggi eseguiti magistralmente da Erika e Claudia che risultano davvero di alto livello e a cui va il nostro plauso...bravissime! Personale della hall distratto in qualche occasione (applicazione dello sconto riservato al pacchetto con massaggi, aperitivo bordo piscina quasi dimenticato) Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet

Bella location, servizio ottimo,posizione buona , l'unica pecca i cuscini duri da fare male la cervicale e materasso matrimoniale non unico ma due da lettino uniti uno più alto dell'altro orribile!!

Pietre Nere Resort & Spa - A Haven of Warmth and Luxury From the start, my experience with Pietre Nere Resort & Spa has been exceptional. The swift and effective communication with the resort stood out even before our arrival, setting the tone for our stay. The politeness and efficiency in their interactions made me feel valued, and their philosophy of creating a 'home away from home' truly shines through. The picturesque resort features a serene pool area that immediately relaxes the mind and a spa that rejuvenates the soul. While the gym is adequately equipped, more cooling would elevate the experience, and adding a couple more mats would be good. While cozy and comfortable, our room showed minor wear and tear, mirroring the bathroom. Modernizing electrical outlets for today's gadgets and multiple devices would be a welcome update. However, a special shoutout to housekeeping for their impeccable service – the efficiency and cleanliness is commendable! The dining experience is another feather in the cap for Pietre Nere. Every meal was a treat, from the delightful breakfasts served with the freshest ingredients to the BBQ lunch tantalizing our taste buds. A special mention for the dinner we had - the waiter was the epitome of hospitality. His genuine desire to ensure our happiness and satisfaction with our meal was palpable. The reception staff deserves accolades for their warmth and infectious smiles, ensuring every guest feels welcome. Pros: The scenic beauty of the resort. Exceptional dining experiences. Top-notch service from an incredible staff. Cons: Wifi could be more robust outside the reception area. The gym temperature needs adjustment. Lack of modern electrical outlets in the rooms. Despite the minor drawbacks, the warmth and dedication of the staff overshadow them. I wholeheartedly give Pietre Nere Resort & Spa a stellar rating and remain hopeful that they'll iron out the few kinks for an even better experience in the future. Highly recommended! Service: 5
