Hi Katerina Thank you so much for your honest and detailed feedback – it really helps us improve! We're glad you enjoyed the atmosphere inside. As for the outdoor area: you're right, we're still working on that. We love our chairs thought ;) They are are secondhand as new ones unfotunatley to expensive for us. The tables are new, painted in our own colours, we love them too - they match perfectly with the umbrellas. But we definitely want to improve the outdoor space with more plants and greenery. We've only been open a few months and are still growing, so give us a bit more time to get it just right! About the Strawberry Matcha: Sorry it didn't quite hit the mark for you. We're still experimenting with our matcha creations and we'll definitely take your feedback on board. Maybe next time you'd like to try our classic matcha or a coffee? On pricing: This is honestly a balancing act we face every day. We pay fair wages, work with quality products, and bake a lot in-house – unfortunately that comes at a cost. Regarding card payment: We've deliberately gone cashless – for reasons of efficiency, hygiene, and also to protect our team. Thanks again for your open words.
