This evening we had the opportunity to visit Fico with some friends and we chose to stop for lunch at this place, I won't go into the food or the prices as I believe that when you order you know the prices and therefore you shouldn't be shocked by the bill and the food may or may not be at the level of the asking price, and this is only discovered later. However, I enter into the matter of correctness and common sense, I explain myself after having paid a bill of 181.20 euros in which he had included 6 euros of unserved digestives, I ask the waitress/cashier to offer us some bitters/digestives, and to avoid misunderstandings I asked him to leave the bottles at the table, we were 4 adults and 4 children, I told him that certainly not everyone would drink a digestive. Before leaving, as we had asked for two bottles of water with serenity and to be fair I asked for the amount due assuming that the digestives were included given that among other things only one person had drunk it, I hear the waitress/cashier reply that the headliner as the bottles had been brought to the table he had told him to ask for 4.5 euros for 4 people in addition to the cost of the two bottles of water for a total of 20 euros I replied to the waitress/cashier that only one person had drunk the digestive , she insisted on the 20 euros due, since I was in the company of friends I preferred not to create a split, I paid the 20 euros and thanked them. I advise the OWNER of the facility to take care of the customers and not ensure that they never come back, perhaps with 20 euros (+6 euros of degestivi already paid before and not served) he will be richer but those 26 euros will certainly make him lose many customers and receipts, far be it from me to blame the waitress/cashier who embarrassedly specified that she had been told by the owner to ask for this amount. For the rest, the place would also be nice if the service and food were in line with the asking prices. Everything you paid for was delivered to you. Digestives at 6 euros don't even exist on our price list. Finally, after a lunch that lasted from 1pm to 4pm, his rudeness culminated in the demand to have a bottle of limoncello and MONTENEGRO available on his table. Even though it was against our rules (and check carefully how many places leave a bottle of non-house bitters on the available table) they agreed, in order to avoid further controversy.
