We arrive at the restaurant at 9.40pm (booked for 9.30pm with the premise that there would be the possibility of waiting) the girl at the cash register makes us sit in the "bar area" while waiting for our table to be prepared, without providing us with a list of drinks that we can order while we wait, at dawn at 10.8pm they seat us at a table that has been free since we entered the restaurant, I didn't understand the 40 minutes to prepare an already free table. The dinner also went well, the dishes were good even though when my raw beef steak arrived it was served to me without salt, pepper and oil. When I asked the waitress to bring me salt, pepper and oil, the answer was that the joke was already seasoned, which was not true, and I should have tried it first. Then comes the time to order coffee and bitters. Bitters arrived before the coffees which on the contrary were never brought to the table. The place is nice and the food is not bad but the service needs to be reviewed especially in terms of customer management also because while waiting to sit at the table a waitress told us that the wait was due to the fact that they wanted us to sit in a comfortable place and not tight. It just needs a little more honesty instead of the usual excuses. It's a shame because the place promised well, let's hope that in the future they can improve the service even if I won't go back. We actually made you wait too long before being seated, 6 of you arrived at 9.50pm and I had (mistakenly) understood that you wanted to wait for the 7th person before being seated.
Once we were seated, however, I made sure that the service was as quick as possible and I hope that this was the case. Cafes were actually missing in command; at the checkout I suggested you drink them at the counter, offering them to you, and you refused. You have therefore opted for a bitter offered, which however I did not read mentioned in the review, together with a 10% global discount on the table.
In short, it's true, we made a mistake but we also tried to fix it and not pretend nothing happened.
We're sorry that your ability to pass judgment on a newly opened restaurant (which may have some shortcomings) is so cynical, but we would have at least appreciated the discount and bitters offered being mentioned.
