Hello, Thank you for your message. I would like to clarify my experience. I ordered two portions of chicken nuggets at your Oerlikon location, but the quantity I received was roughly what I would normally get for a single portion at your Altstetten location. When I raised this with the staff, the waiter said he would check with the kitchen. However, the response from the kitchen was quite dismissive and not very customer-oriented — I was told rather rudely that one portion is defined as 8 nuggets, so what I received was correct. Since the nugget sizes vary significantly, this explanation did not feel very consistent or fair. To double-check, I later ordered a portion at your Altstetten location and counted 13 nuggets (again of varying sizes), which further highlighted the inconsistency. So my concern is not only about receiving a smaller portion for the same price, but also about the way the situation was handled. I was there for dinner today with a companion, we both ordered crispy chicken, it didn't take long but it was hardly edible, the chicken was fried for too long and was already slightly dry, the rice was just as dry and the whole dish in general It was done so carelessly, you could just see it. Now let's get to the service. We were warmly welcomed. When taking the orders he didn't take any notes, which led to things being forgotten, which was then confirmed on site. There was a family sitting in front of us and they simply forgot an order. In short it is very chaotic. In addition, our food was simply slammed onto the table. I've been to other Peking Gardens in Zurich and it was worlds better. My companion and I were deeply disappointed and didn't finish. The only good thing was the ambience.
