We visited Parseh restaurant in Rome today, and it was a remarkable experience. After a short taxi ride from our hotel, we were treated to a delightful meal featuring "Shevid Polo ba Mahicheh" and "Shevid Polo ba Morgh", both of which were absolutely delightful. The standout of our meal, however, was the Ab Albaloo juice. It was hands-down the best we've ever had, a refreshing complement to our meal. The owner's warm hospitality was the cherry on top of a fantastic visit. Learning that we were visiting from Ireland, he graciously offered us wonderful gifts and delicious Iranian sweets, leaving us with fond memories. A big shout-out to the team at Parseh. If you're in Rome, don't miss the chance to enjoy their authentic Iranian cuisine and heartfelt hospitality. Fair play to you guys!
