The price they charge is not in line with either the service or the facilities. The reception staff placed us in a room that they should have for exceptional cases (above the kitchen, with bad smells, noise, little light, old equipment, etc.) and if we do not complain they will leave us in it for the 7 days of our stay. Being aware of the room's problems, after one night they moved us to another decent room, but we had to suffer the punishment of sleeping there (our reservation was made more than 2 months in advance). Furthermore, they advertise that they are at the foot of the slopes and nothing is further from the truth, 400 meters away there is a ski lift walking along steep slopes, which gives you access to one of the areas of the resort, but to ski in the main area you have to take a bus for more than 15 minutes. even a cable car. The restaurant staff is very friendly, but the diversity of the menus leaves something to be desired. Be careful if you are going to buy the ski pass, they sell it at the hotel, but they don't even have the rates and the information about the prices is not exact, we lost 40 francs for not explaining the rates to us.
