The staff is always on a bad mood. It's almost impossible after 5 years of attending there to get a normal courteous answer for any query. Friendliness or a smile in a customer service place should be a most, but here is inexistant.

Very rude and inappropriate behaviour from the staff. They made my 3 years old daughter cry blaming her for running naked around while I was just trying to get an ice cream for her. She removed her swimsuit for 2 minutes like toddlers often do, and was running on the lawn however never entered the pool nor the restaurant seating area hence not causing any hygienic hazard. The staff didn't seem to care about this and shamelessly shouted at us. They threat you like an invader instead of a customer. Very disappointed. Luckily is not the only Badi around. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Erzählen Sie bitte die ganze Geschichte. Wir haben Sie mehrmals drauf hingewiesen, dass Kinder bei uns in der Badi nicht nackt herumlaufen dürfen. Keine Ahnung, warum Sie Ihr Kind nicht schützen wollen - wir tun es konsequent. Im Restaurant-Bereich kommen dann auch noch hygienischen Aspekte hinzu. Aber Sie sind offensichtlich beratungsresistent. Für uns also absolut ok, wenn Sie sich eine andere Badi suchen...
