Dear Michelangelo, Thank you for your visit and for sharing your feedback. We understand your point — our menu can appear simple at first glance. This is a deliberate choice: we focus on a short selection of dishes built around fresh products and careful execution, rather than offering a long and overly complex menu. Sometimes simplicity can feel… a bit too simple, depending on expectations. Regarding the wine, traditions matter to us. Here in Valais, it is very common to serve house wines in carafes (1dl, 2dl, 3dl, up to 5dl) — something you will notice at many local tables and behind most bars. This is how we served your glass, in line with regional customs. Of course, when selecting a bottled wine — even a 3/8 or 5dl — it is always presented at the table, allowing you to fully appreciate and evaluate it before enjoying it.
