Una volta conclusa la passeggiata attorno al Ulrich Zwingli Monument, visita Papa Joe's. Gli ottimi pollo al miele, pane al formaggio e costolette alla griglia sono la specialità del posto. Passa il tempo gradevolmente qui, godendoti ineguagliabili brownies e gelato con gli amici. Papa Joe's serve dei deliziosi cordiale, vino o daiquiri. So we decided to go to Papa Joe's as we were passing and the food looked great. Unfortunately after ordering and preceding to eat, my wife bit into a half cooked wing. It was raw and bloody so I took it to the bar and explained what it was Shortly after a waiter came back and ask my wife if she would like a fresh plate of food. They did bring the food , and she ate 3 more wings, but decided she felt like she didn't want any more. As for my combo....it was very bland, it didn't taste like anything had been marinated at all. My son had a quesadilla, which he said was very bland too. At the end of my meal I asked if there would be any discount given because of the raw food. I was told no....which I thought was a little harsh. We won't be visiting again. I'm sure we will get a reply to this review, but there are no lies here. A very disappointing last holiday night meal.....which cost us £120. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Serving undercooked food is absolutely unacceptable and not in line with our standards. We're glad our team responded quickly and offered a replacement, but we completely understand that the moment was already ruined for your wife.
