A very nice address with a careful menu. The flavors are sublimated from appetizers to dessert. The service is very pleasant. As for the wines, a rare sweetness on the palate...a nectar! Pachacamac is a delicious restaurant. Of Peruvian origin, it is a great pride to have this restaurant which represents the gastronomy of our beautiful country so well! The welcome is always excellent, the decoration too and the dishes.. A treat and the pisco 100000000/10!!! When we go to eat there we are sure to have a superb evening from start to finish well done!!! My mother and I were looking for a new dining experience and we don't regret our visit in any way! We started with a Pisco Sour, a typical Peruvian appetizer. Before our starters arrived, we had an exquisite amuse-bouche. Then our starters were served to us by the chef herself. She took the time to explain to us the history of the dishes as well as their composition. For our main courses, we had red meat and asked the waiter for wine advice. He directed us towards an Argentinian Malbec. It’s a perfect marriage of flavors with the main course. To finish we had a tropical fruit salad and a delicious infusion. All this to say that we had an experience that lived up to our expectations. A big thank you to the chef and her team! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
