Being at Pachacamac is like entering a haven of peace, kindness and good taste without overdoing it. Exemplary and most welcoming service, cuisine that takes the taste buds on a journey and is good for the soul and the stomach. The pisco sours are delicious, and the blend of sepages from finca Rotondo goes perfectly with both fish and meat. To try it is to adopt it. Good evening guaranteed. Highly recommended tasting menu! We had a very pleasant evening and we were very well received and served. Everything was delicious from start to finish. We started with the unmissable pisco sour, then a causa royal and empanaditas, followed by lomo and pancetta, and to finish gently, a sublime lucuma ice cream and the revisited tiramisu.
