Ho mangiato in questa osteria 2 sere e devo dire di aver mangiato bene (brasato fenomenale). Unico appunto che posso fare e sul conto un po' troppo alto Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Non ho mai mangiato così male in vita mia, menù povero proprietaria molto scortese e acida, e dalle recensioni leggo che aggiungono cose al conto state attenti e controllate sempre!! è successo anche a noi, 20 euro in più sul conto mettendo 2 taglieri in più. mai più sconsiglio vivamente Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mi spiace che abbia mangiato male, sicuramente in mio menù non è molto esteso soprattutto per un commensale in gravidanza con limitazioni a certi alimenti. Per quanto concerne la mia acidità come detto prima la imputo alla sua gravidanza (ormoni ) anche perché ho solo preso la comanda e tutto il resto è stato fatto dal personale. Il punto che riguarda il conto, le ricordo che ho sbagliato ad inserire 2 taglieri, mi è stato giustamente fatto notare ed ho restituito prontamente i soldi . Non ci sono recensioni come dice lei riguardo a quanto su detto, ma purtroppo devo dire che la malizia non ammette l'errore. Ricordo che quando si lavora si può sbagliare...fa parte dell'essere umano...magari qualche volta è capitato anche a lei. More

The restaurant - a historic shop in Verona - is just a stone's throw from the most popular places in the city of Verona, near the church of San Fermo and a stone's throw from the Adige promenade. The room is very small with exposed beams bearing quotes in dialect, the atmosphere is pleasantly familiar, of the good old days, very intimate, the seats can reach maybe twenty, but in any case the tables are not very close considering the size of the room; However, the presence of only one small window makes the room poorly ventilated. All roses and flowers? No, there are some things that in my opinion should be revised Let's start with the reservation: when a person books a table, they are not assigned the one in the most unfortunate position (in my case we were practically at the entrance door), especially if there are three other free tables... However, everything was resolved in an instant with extreme courtesy and kindness from the lady who serves in the room, who let us choose another table to our liking. Let's get to the menu: the choice is between three first courses and three second courses. Undoubtedly, fewer dishes (generally an indicator of quality) are better than extensive menus, but this is a bit exaggerated. I had the choice between three courses at the hotel restaurant where I was on half board...A place that only caters should offer a little more. And then - even more so given that the kitchen only has 6 different dishes on the menu and it is not a place that works primarily with tourists - you cannot offer the same menu as the day before the next day! In fact, the next morning I called to ask if there were any changes, but given the response I never went back... I add a note for the bread basket, which is very poor in appearance: only three sandwiches like - if you can pardon the simile - a hospital canteen! With all the types of bread available on the market you can and must do much better! I finish with the coffee: despite the presence of a San Marco espresso machine (not very new to be honest) the cup is rather disappointing; better to stop at the desserts to leave satisfied.
