We had a great dining experience from start to finish. The manager gave us great recommendations for the evening. We shared a Mozzarella appetizer, absolutely phenomenal. I had a wonderful tomato fagotini past with eggplant, zucchini, and ricotta cheese. The bottle of wine the manager suggested paired beautifully. In short, the service, the food, the lighting, the aesthetic were all in harmony every step of the way. While we said outside by candlelight, I noticed that inside large tables were perfectly suited for family style dining. The feeling of both comfortableness and elegance that one should feel with Italian dining is captured in this new restaurant. Out of the thousands of restaurants to choose from, I will be back to this one when I pass through Rome in a couple weeks. It is not to be missed.
