Oscar in Opfikon-Glattbrugg is a fantastic neighbourhood restaurant serving delicious Italian pizzas, fresh salads, kebab and pide – and always with a smile! The Pizza As seen in the photos, the pizzas are beautifully made and generously topped! We ordered a Pizza Carbonara – golden, bubbly mozzarella with crispy Speck, onions and egg on a perfectly baked crust with a lovely puffy cornicione! And a Pizza Verdura loaded with colourful peppers, mushrooms and black olives – fresh, vibrant and bursting with flavour! Both absolutely delicious! The pizzas come in two sizes – Ø32 cm (from CHF 16) and the massive Ø40 cm family size (from CHF 29) – perfect for sharing or a hearty appetite! The Salad The fresh Greek-style salad was a wonderful starter – crisp iceberg lettuce, juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumber, yellow and red peppers, black olives, creamy feta cheese and a light herb dressing. Colourful, healthy and refreshing! The Menu Highlights The menu is impressively diverse with over 28 pizza varieties:. Classics – Margherita, Prosciutto, Funghi, Hawaii ️ Spicy options – Diavolo, Arrabbiata, Schloss Pizza. The signature Oscar Pizza – lamb, garlic, onions and peppers (CHF 23)! Calzone – three varieties including Kebab and Verdura. Kebab and Turkish Pide. Fresh salads The Atmosphere The outdoor terrace with wicker chairs and green plants is a lovely spot for a relaxed meal – especially on warm summer evenings! The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Practical Info Mon–Thu: 10:15–22:30. Friday: 10:15–01:30. Sunday: 12:00–22:30. Saturday: closed. Delivery available via their website!
