We absolutely LOVE ORMA! This place is that rare gem where impeccable service, world-class cuisine, and stunning ambience come together in perfect harmony. Filippo, Chef Roy, and the entire team made my 50th birthday dinner an experience we will never forget. While some Michelin-starred restaurants can feel a bit formal or stiff, ORMA exudes warmth and genuine kindness. Filippo and Chef Roy are not only masters of their craft but also genuinely down-to-earth — by the end of the meal, it felt like we were dining among friends. Having dined in some of the finest restaurants around the world, I can confidently say this was one of the most extraordinary experiences I’ve ever had. Dining here was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was nothing short of extraordinary—every dish was meticulously crafted and thoughtfully presented, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors with a twist. You truly have to appreciate fine cuisine to understand the depth and complexity of each dish's flavors. It's no surprise that Orma Roma has been awarded a Michelin star, which is entirely justified. The staff, **Simone and Lorenzo**, among others, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Their warm hospitality and professionalism made us feel right at home and truly enhanced our dining experience. The chef was remarkably humble and him introducing one of the dish and preparing it in front of you added a personal touch that made the evening even more special. If you're in Rome and looking for an unforgettable dining experience, I highly recommend **Orma Roma**. This restaurant sets the bar high for culinary excellence and outstanding service.
