We searched Opus using trip advisor and the restaurant has a TripAdvisor warning that it's rating was under investigation.
Let's stay safe and order a 30 CHF " Prime Swiss Beer Gourmet Burger " The burger was delivered as hard as a rock and clearly they are frozen mince patties cooked to try and come across as fresh or prime.
Totally not acceptable at that price to use frozen products don't use any words like prime in your menu. Burger King deliver a better product and taste.
Once addressing this with the manger he went to check having no idea what comes out of the kitchen. The reply was it's normal which could be the case in this tourist trap in Lucerne.
Being Swiss it's embarrassing that we have managers like this and deliver food at this price point to the public and call it prime.
Unfortunately this is a tourist trap the Staff recommended the burgers as a specialty of the restaurant.
The menu is so disjointed from Oysters to Falafel Burgers try getting really good at the basics and drop the frozen produce.
Want a burger give this place a big miss !!
