Locale sul fiume con vista sul ponte di Legno. Abbiamo mangiato all'esterno proprio a bordo fiume. Il ristorante ci ha fornito di copertine per riscaldarci, menù scritti in italiano. Abbiamo preso due fondute 32 franchi l'una e due menù bambini, più 2 coca cole e mezzo litro di acqua (7 euro!!) Totale 115 franchi. Piatti abbondanti, qualità buona, servizio veloce. Essendo sul fiume con il passaggio delle persone mancava di intimità e nonostante le coperte anche di calore, diciamo locale turistico ma comunque ci siamo trovati bene. Prezzo standard per il posto ma pagare 7 euro una bottiglietta da 0,5 litri è comunque esagerato.

I dined at this restaurant with my mother on October 1st. The location of the restaurant is very nice, and the first server we encountered was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, she did not end up being the one who served us at our table. The server who did attend to us was extremely poor and made both of us feel very uncomfortable. He was unfriendly, displayed negative body language, and gave off an air of hostility, as if serving us was a burden. At first, I thought this behavior might have been directed just at us, but I later observed him acting similarly toward other customers. Had this server been our first point of contact, we likely would not have stayed. We both ordered the pork schnitzel, which was very disappointing. The pork was dry and tough, and both it and the fries were heavily over-salted. No one came by to ask how our food was. Normally, I would have given feedback at the time, but due to the server’s unpleasant attitude, I did not feel comfortable doing so. Things became even more uncomfortable when it came time to pay. The same server stood directly over me while I was entering my card PIN, holding a second device in his other hand that I didn’t recognize. This made me feel so uneasy that, shortly after leaving, I blocked my card using my banking app. I didn’t use it again for the rest of my trip and have since ordered new cards. We tried to have lunch at Vincafe la Barca, 3 of us, myself and 2 kids. We sat at a table which was in the sun, we spotted another table by the river, we went there but it was another restaurant. We did not recognize anything on the menu there. We tried to Go back to Vincafe la Barca, where the older woman, presumably the owner of the restaurant, in a loud and agressive way told us to go away. Apparently we were not allowed to change our mind!!!! How unfriendly and despotic! I would Never recommend such a place to anyone!!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40

Sehr geehrte Frau BuckIch kann mich sehr gut an Sie erinnern von gestern Mittag. Darum auch meine sofortige Antwort auf ihre bereits mündliche angedrohte Rezension. Nachdem Sie drei Mal den Tisch gewechselt haben, wurden Sie lediglich von der Besitzerin gefragt, ob Sie nun an diesem Tisch bleiben möchten. Ihre Antwort waren nur beleidigende Worte. Ein solches Verhalten mit diesem Wortschatz finden wir unhöflich und verletzend als auch befremdend. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute.Antipasteria La Barca
