There is no service as it's self service and you place back the tray when you are done eating. I ate Beef-Don for 24chf. After eating, I left still not full as the bowl is so small. Check the picture which I put spoon and chopsticks for you to get the impression of the size. In the bowl, there is rice, beef, and some gingers. I know beef is expensive and you can't many portion bigger adding beef, but you should be able to at least add vegie. My comment is for improvement. As long as there is no improvement, I won't be dropping by amy more. Food: 2

The restaurant looks great and the staff is friendly and kind, but the food is subpar. It's expensive, portions are too small (a ramen is supposed to be enough for a meal, here it isn't), and eggs were too cooked (ramen eggs are supposed to be soft-boiled, not hard-boiled). Unfortunately one of my most disappointing ramen in recent years. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food here is authentic as it gets this side of the world. With a gyudon rivaling yoshinoya, I come here for a small memory of home. Thank you team ooki, you have my deepest respect and gratitude for the authenticity and effort made in preserving tradition and taste. Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: This is the only place I will eat vegetarian in Europe.
