Era parecchio tempo che volevo provare questo ristorante, che aveva un punteggio elevatissimo. Mi ero però sempre trattenuto, perché le descrizioni dei piatti e alcune foto mi davano l’idea di una cucina un po’ troppo ricercata, che a me non piace molto. Poi ho visto che ha cambiato gestione e che anche la musica in cucina è cambiata e allora mi sono deciso finalmente a provare. Ci sono stato per un pranzo veloce ed ho preso il piatto del giorno, senza nemmeno guardare il menù e quindi questa è una recensione preliminare. Mi propongo di ritornare con calma per cena e di fare poi una recensione più approfondita. Intanto il giudizio, anche se preliminare, è sicuramente positivo. Il locale è accogliente e i piatti provati erano decisamente buoni. Il servizio cortese e “familiare” mi è sembrato in tono con l’ambiente e con la clientela, che mi è sembrata composta anche da frequentatori abituali. Per ora do un bel 4, tutto meritato. Situato in un luogo di passaggio, riesce ad essere allo stesso tempo un luogo silenzioso e rilassante dove fare non solo un pasto ma un'esperienza. Carne di prima scelta, profonda attenzione nella proposizione di un menù che non è un'accozzaglia di piatti diversi ma un vero percorso. Nonostante fossi a dieta sono stata consigliata nella scelta adeguatamente e devo ammettere che mi sono sentita molto meno "privata" di qualcosa di quanto mi aspettassi. È sicuramente un luogo da visitare e da conoscere, non adatto ai leoni da tastiera che si aspettano la solita pasta, ma a coloro che vogliono affidarsi ad uno chef competente e al personale di sala attento e desideroso di accompagnare gli avventori in questo percorso davvero particolare. Nota non indifferente, il locale dispone di un buon parcheggio. What can I say... an evening to cancel, I went to this place because I knew the place. We arrived with zero reception despite having 4 people in the empty place, we waited but then we approached to be seen but we had to ask nothing since I had booked if we could sit... I already felt the air of a change of management and in fact I wasn't wrong, the owner of the old management was poetry listening to her talk about her products, because perhaps she knew them very well and knew how to sell them. They bring us a welcome prosecco, bread, water and everything is ok. They come to take the order "son" of the owner ok. I trust him to ask for a cutting board in memory of the old times but he didn't know what cured meats were on the cutting board, I asked if it was present the ciauscolo I don't think he knew what it was and ok I tell him a mixed platter, a slightly mixed starter I wanted he didn't know how to enrich it this platter arrives accompanied by a focaccia left there so at least to explain what you give on the platter, just knowing the products makes a scene and pleasing the customer, but it didn't go that way, while 3 other people arrived, also saying that they came with the other management, etc. What can I say, the owner showed up very kindly, something he didn't do with us. In short, they too ask for a mixed appetizer precisely because they are used to the other management but while we were finishing the really sad platter (selection of cheeses - gorgonzola "never seen on a platter" plus everything crumbled and 2 pieces of cheese, but oh well at the table of three it starts to fill up with appetizers, we are confident they will bring us more he said he will take care of it at the end and we asked for the bill Moral of the evening ruined, bill 40 euros (a 20 euro cutting board plus focaccia, 1 water, 2 glasses of the only prosecco they had) at least the little boy, the smallest one, was really cute and very polite and had a great desire to learn. His evening was paid for by us. second class customers served for something. Advice: I have done this job for 20 years, being a restaurateur is not for everyone, it's a job of patience and love towards the products and towards the customers, especially if you inherit a management which I can only say is perfect. I hope you can improve. I will certainly never go back. The boy apologized out of kindness but he certainly didn't get the customer back. The real owner could have approached precisely because he was listening and perhaps offered us a bitter that we would have refused (because we then went to another restaurant to finish our dinner) as yes he usually makes an apology but it didn't happen that way, sayings are never wrong. gentlemen, we are born... Never again Good things.
