If you’re looking for fantastic vegan takeaway in St. Gallen, Nil Imbiss is an absolute must-visit. Even better, the entire menu is 100% vegan, making it a great spot whether you’re vegan or simply looking for delicious plant-based food. The wraps are outstanding—fresh, generously filled, and packed with flavour. The falafel is some of the best I’ve had: perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and seasoned beautifully. What really takes everything to the next level, though, are the sauces. They’re incredibly tasty and complement the wraps perfectly, adding plenty of flavour without overpowering the fresh ingredients. Although it’s takeaway only, the quality of the food is excellent and it’s ideal for grabbing a quick lunch or dinner while exploring St. Gallen. If you’re in the area and craving amazing vegan street food, Nil Imbiss is well worth a visit. Simple, fresh, flavourful, and proof that vegan food can be every bit as satisfying as anything else.
