The employee was not very friendly, and when I placed my order she was just sitting at a table in the dining area. I ordered beef pho. The meat was completely undercooked, still bloody, and very tough and raw in taste, unlike how it is usually prepared. I have ordered here before and never had this problem. At first I approached her and showed that the meat was raw. She said she would remake it, but her attitude was so careless that I simply told her not to remake anything and left. I don’t believe I should have to pay for food like that. I had always left good tips at this place, but after this experience I won’t be coming back! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We visited this restaurant after arriving in Zurich. Initially, we ordered three mixed buffet dishes. After sitting down, we decided to change our order to one beef noodle soup instead, along with one fried rice and one white rice. The staff asked us to wait, which was fine. However, they then served other customers who came in after us and ordered the same dishes. After quite some time, my daughter went to the counter to check on our order, and only then were we told that there was no more fried rice available. We were offered white rice instead. We felt disappointed by the way the situation was handled. It did not seem to follow a first-come, first-served system, and there was no clear communication about the change in availability. Unfortunately, we decided to leave as we felt quite offended by the experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
