Un buon consiglio da un amico ed ho pranzato bene. ho ordinato: pacchero carbonara molto buona e con bei pezzetti di guanciale. Peccato che lāacqua naturale costi piĆ¹ della birra piccola alla spina. lo consiglio. mio onesto posto preferito per cenare/pranzare a roma! molto in centro, ma non troppo in modo tale da non essere troppo immersi nei turisti, perfetto rapporto qualitĆ prezzo. servizio eccellente, camerieri disponibili e simpatici. My extended family and I were visiting the Colosseum and decided to have dinner at Naumachia Ristorante. When we arrived, we were greeted and told to walk downstairs and turn left if we wanted air conditioning. We went down the steep stairs, passed the kitchen, and noticed it was a little cooler, but not by much. When we reached the dining area, we asked a waitress where a party of seven should sit. She pointed to a table, and we sat down. Then we waitedā¦ and waited. It took about 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, even though other tables around us were being served. At times, there didnāt seem to be anyone covering our section. When someone finally came over, my dad was handed a heavy stack of menus and had to pass them around the table himself. After another 45-minute wait, we were finally able to order both our food and drinks. The food arrived shortly after the drinks. We ordered two pizzas, but neither one had been sliced. We had to cut them ourselves with a knife and fork, which was frustrating. The pizza was just okay. The ingredients tasted fresh, but it wasnāt put together very well. Iām only 11 years old, and the fact that Iām writing a two-star review should say everything. I donāt usually complain about restaurants, but the extremely slow service and disappointing experience made this one memorable for all the wrong reasons.
