Ho trovato questo ristorante tramite un'app che calcola le calorie dalle foto. Queste bruschette ai carciofi erano perfette per il mio limite giornaliero. Il piatto era buono e croccante. Il locale ĆØ tranquillo e accogliente. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nativa ĆØ uno di quei locali che, a mio avviso, meritano di essere raccontati con un poā di attenzione, perchĆ© non si limita semplicemente a proporre un buon pasto, ma cerca di costruire unāesperienza gastronomica coerente e riconoscibile. La prima cosa che ho apprezzato ĆØ la cura: materie prime, presentazione dei piatti e attenzione ai dettagli fanno percepire una cucina pensata, senza perĆ² cadere nellāeccesso di voler stupire a tutti i costi. I sapori sono equilibrati e si percepisce una ricerca interessante, accompagnata da una buona tecnica. Anche il servizio merita una nota positiva: professionale, presente ma mai invadente, con quella giusta capacitĆ di accompagnare il cliente senza trasformare la cena in qualcosa di costruito. La zona di Baldo degli Ubaldi offre diverse possibilitĆ , ma Nativa riesce a ritagliarsi una propria identitĆ . Ć un posto che consiglierei soprattutto a chi cerca qualitĆ , ambiente curato e una cucina con una propria personalitĆ , piĆ¹ che il classico ristorante dove si va semplicemente per mangiare. Unāesperienza che ho trovato elegante, piacevole e soprattutto coerente. Non ĆØ solo questione di mangiare bene: ĆØ il modo in cui ogni elemento viene messo insieme che fa la differenza. I just tried Nativa Ristorante last night with my mate. This place is AMAZING! 10/10, recommend to anyone who lives in Rome or is passing through. The owner and all of the employees there are extremely generous. This place is upscale. The atmosphere is phenomenal. You can tell that this place put in hard work in mastering their craft. What we've ordered: appetizer: uramaki sushi. This sushi is amazing, especially with the mayo and basil caviar first: lemon tortelli. I love tortelli. I told my mate I usually do not like lemon-flavored FOODS...but this was amazing! Absolutely delicious seconds: vebab with potato chips. The chips were great: very airy, and very crispy. The vebab tasted great too, ESPECIALLY with the sesame yoghurt sauce. I even dipped the chips in the sauce and it tasted amazing. My mate and I agreed that this wrap is amazing as it came out, hot! We didn't eat the wrap cold or anything, but we definitely agreed that the flavour would likely be diminished if it was a cold wrap, and the soy strips would be chewier/tougher to eat...which isn't a problem, some people like this. But Nativa...you did amazing with your vebab! dessert: peanut butter cheesecake with salted caramel sauce and peanuts. Loved this. This is cheesecake done right. Absolutely great. My mate and I think this could taste even better if the back of the cheesecake had crust as well, not just the bottom. I spoke about how I found this place, also noting to the owner that I have a minimum threshold requirement that needs to be met for me to try a place, and this place was considered superb by the masses, before I have tried this place. I can confirm: this place is a MUST if you're looking for amazing Italian food, vegan or NOT. Your star ratings are well deserved. I told my mate I wish I could take Nativa and transport you guys to USA, cause I would eat this food weekly. Absolutely loved the food, environment, and vibe. If I come back to Italy, I WILL be back here. Best vegan spot in all of Rome, and dare I say, to the extent of my knowledge and experience thus far, all of Italy :) Great job Nativa. Keep your thing!
