Waited my shisha 40 minutes and for asking when will it be, got question “are you alright? It’s normal time” which is not normal by the way, though can be manageable if waiter at least nice, but this girl wasn’t. Ordered a food and she said okay, then 30 minutes later after I asked, she said that kitchen is suddenly closed. Stared at me like I owe her money, no nice service, treated me like I’m nothing. If you see this blonde woman, just run. Also overpriced as hell, but that’s my last concern if the service is nice, but when you treated like this, everything feels x10 worse, so yeah, maybe work on your staff a bit more. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: CHF 30–40
