A hidden gem in Alberobello! NOS Ristorante was one of our absolute favorite dining experiences during our month-long trip through Italy. Tucked away off the beaten path, this charming spot is so much more than just a restaurant — it feels like dining at a friend’s home. The food was exceptional, but what truly made it special was the warmth of the owner and entire staff. They made us feel like family — never rushed, always welcomed, and surrounded by laughter and conversation. The evening turned magical when Martin began playing the piano and violin while the owner sang — fun, romantic, and unforgettable. We loved it so much we went back a second time and ended up sharing wine and stories with the staff late into the night. If you’re visiting Alberobello, don’t miss this place — it’s pure Italian hospitality at its finest. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had breakfast here, and it was amazing! The cappuccino was the best I’ve had anywhere in Italy. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast
