Coffee was okay, but not great. Unfortunately there is only take-away. I would've appreciated cow milk as an option for my cappuccino, as I dislike the taste of vegan alternatives. I didn't realise it when I entered, but it's a vegan place. So fair enough. The high prices for coffee are to be expected in Switzerland. That said, staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is great thanks to tasteful witchy decorations. The donut was delicious and the taste of lavender really came through. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: CHF 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Doughnuts Vegetarian options: As I understood, it's all vegan.

At the end of a weekend in Basel, we passed the Mystifry at the end of a walk through the old town. The prospect of vegan donuts convinced us to take a look. There was only one variety left at that point, but it sounded very tempting. So we bought 4 extremely delicious donuts and spent our last "20 francs" bill very sensibly and, above all, with pleasure. Plus a very nice conversation with the young man from Cornwall... Simply perfect! I would always visit the Mystifry again when I'm in Basel again. Thanks for this great experience!
