After so many disappointments with fine dining restaurants, we had one of our best culinary experiences! The food, the staff, and the atmosphere, all went beyond our expectations! A sensational tasting menu! Literally out of this world. Starting with the tower of amuse bouche every course surprised and delighted us! Please please please don’t skip out on dessert. The prickly pears were to die for. It is clear these dishes have been crafted with an almost clinical focus on zero waste but that doesn’t detract from the warmth and passion in every dish. Enjoy ingredients that are used in new and exciting ways, olive jam?!?! We came here on a whim, but now we feel like we MUST return Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: They can alter the menu for those who are gluten intolerant
