We have been coming to My Little Cup with our sons or alone at least once a week since 2022 and this is our favorite coffee shop in Geneva. There has never been a time we felt disappointed: the drinks, pastries, and the general vibe are always great. But this time we especially felt that this general feeling of goodness comes from the people who founded this place and the staff. It happened to me that the tray with all the ordered goods slipped from my hands and everything splashed and broke just in front of us. It was a very uncomfortable situation, but one of the owners himself came over to clean it up and even brought us a brand new tray with drinks and pastries on the house. No judgment or irritation, only compassion and care. This is very rare. People can forget a lot of things, but the feeling of how someone treated you in a certain situation will always remain. It is no surprise that this place is always full - everyone feels genuinely welcome there, whether working alone, chatting or taking a small break with young children.
