Our lunch at Café de Paris - Chez Boubier was overall very pleasant. The meat was cooked perfectly to medium rare and tasted delicious. We also really liked the famous sauce according to the Chez Boubier recipe. It was rich and aromatic, although we understand that some might find it a little too salty. For us, it was just right. The red wine that we accompanied with our meal was of high quality and perfectly complemented the dining experience. However, a downside to our visit was the behavior of the server. He directly asked us for a tip, which we found unprofessional. Such behavior is not appropriate for an establishment like Café de Paris and it somewhat tarnished our experience. This is why we unfortunately have to withdraw one point. Overall, it was nevertheless a successful lunch with excellent food and good wine. A visit to Café de Paris - Chez Boubier is certainly recommended, although the service could benefit from some improvements. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
