Es tut uns leid, dass Sie so lange warten mussten und mit unserem Service unzufrieden waren. Aufgrund des hohen Andrangs kam es leider zu Verzögerungen. Das ist natürlich nicht der Service, den wir unseren Gästen bieten möchten. Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback ernst und werden daran arbeiten, uns zu verbessern. Bezüglich der Parkplatzsituation haben wir leider nur begrenzten Einfluss. Vielen Dank für Ihre ehrliche Rückmeldung.
