I don't usually give negative reviews: being in the sector, I too know the effort, passion and sacrifice that goes into such a job, but I'm sorry, we're just not there! Starting from the fact that as soon as we entered both boys weren't wearing a mask, all right, I think, nobody was there, they can also stay there (only the boy then put it on while the girl continued to prepare meals without — seen the period, is not an attitude of the best); other than that, let's move on to the pokes: - billboard displayed inside the restaurant with (few) ingredients, and among those few listed only half were available so I had to fall back first on the salmon, (finished by the previous customer), then on the tuna (also finished by the girl before me), and finally on the Chianina tartare (available, finally!); - non-sushi rice but a very banal basmati rice; - "guacamole" if that is how you can define that indefinite green sauce with a completely different flavor, almost of pepper ... I'm sorry, but poke is something else! I don't recommend it!
