We are pleased to hear that you generally liked our boutique hotel and that you found our team friendly and the food appealing. We would like to clarify a few points you mentioned: It is correct that we do not offer room service with hot dishes. Our rooms and service processes are deliberately not designed for this, as it is very important to us to maintain the quality and presentation of our cuisine, which we can only guarantee within our restaurant facilities. In similar situations in the past, we have always worked together with our guests to find a suitable and fair solution. Regarding the use of our outdoor wellness area, we would like to correct an important detail. The prices mentioned in your review (CHF 30–50 per person) do not reflect our actual rates. For guests staying in a Classique Room, access to the outdoor wellness area is not included. The entrance fee is CHF 15 per person, providing unlimited access from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, including two hot pots, bio and Finnish sauna, outdoor shower and relaxation room. For guests staying in a Superior Room or Suite, access to the outdoor wellness area is already included in the room rate. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to fully understand some of the pricing statements made in the review. Nevertheless, we sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially due to your child falling ill on the evening of arrival.
