Un pezzo di Giappone all'infernetto...sono stata in questo locale in occasione di una delle serate a tema perché consigliata da amici, posto veramente molto carino che ricrea l'atmosfera giapponese, la sushichef Micaela insieme al marito servono piatti squisiti e autentici in un'atmosfera intima e familiare...che dire? Posto meraviglioso gestito da persone meravigliose. Sono fortunato riuscendo ad andarci diverse volte, e ognuna di queste è stata un' esperienza. Ramen al curry strepitoso. MIKACHAN = NO TABLE If you are looking for an exclusive and mysterious culinary experience, then “Nessun Tavolo” might seem like the ideal choice. Located in an area that promises elegance and sophistication, this restaurant has, however, proven to be a more frustrating than fascinating enigma. Atmosphere and Environment The design of the venue is undoubtedly elegant, with attention to detail that promises a pleasant evening. However, the beauty of the setting is not enough to offset the frustration that accompanies trying to reserve a table. Reservations: A Constant Failure “No Table” stands out for a reservation system that borders on the absurd. Every day, at 00:00, the website unlocks reservations for the next day, but for some mysterious reason, the availability always seems to be sold out almost instantly. Despite my prolonged efforts, which include daily attempts and even monthly reservations, the result is always the same: inability to reserve a seat. Customer support is useless, almost non-existent, a few replies on the Instagram social network with a few emojis and a useless message that contains the same instructions as the site. This situation has persisted for over a year, and the site appears to be a trap for disappointed customers. It is clear that the system is run in a way that excludes most people. This can only raise doubts about how accessible the place is to the public and whether there isn't a clientele of "favourites" who manage to obtain tables using less than transparent methods. Service and Cuisine: An Inaccessible Mystery Since I have never managed to reserve a table, the quality of the service and cuisine remains a mystery to me. Online reviews suggest that the food and service are of high quality, but without first-hand experience, these remain just unconfirmed rumors. Conclusion: the experience became for me an example of how a restaurant can turn into a disappointing unknown. The promise of an exclusive dining experience is ruined by the complete inability to book. An unreliable and seemingly unfair reservation system makes this experience more of an exercise in frustration than a real dining opportunity. I just have to give up! Strengths: Elegant and well-kept environment (visible only from the photos) Weak Points: Ineffective and frustrating booking system Inability to access the kitchen and service due to poor availability If you are thinking of visiting this place be prepared for a long battle with their booking system and possible disappointment.
