We had a fantastic experience with Chef Michela, first touring the local fresh market and neighborhood stores as she explained how she chooses menus based on seasonal ingredients. She has a deep passion for excellent quality and cooking farm to table. We prepared a delicious meal with Michela and Mattea - both were exceptional in sharing their knowledge and love of the process. They emphasized the food preparation is only part of the process, as well as the importance of sharing the meal with others. We highly recommend Chef Michela! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The best evening! Dinner at Michela’s home was a huge highlight of our trip to Italy. Nestled in a historic district in Rome, her beautiful home sets the back drop for an evening you will remember forever. Every course was prepared to perfection and paired with delicious wines. The pesto pasta just might be the best pasta I have ever eaten. We finished the meal with her version of tiramisu which was so yummy. We laughed, had the best conversations, danced and sang and left feeling like we made a new friend! Michela is an amazing cook and an amazingly kind person! A must do while in Rome!
